Tenuta Casadei wines stem from a wide range of international grape varieties grown in compliance with the BioIntegrale method. We harvest our cabernet sauvignon, cabernet franc, petit verdot, merlot, grenache, mourvèdre, syrah and moscato grapes by hand, as per local tradition, holding three different harvests between the end of August and the beginning of October. We then carry the grapes to the sorting tables and select them gently and meticulously.
